I can't access to change my church settings.
- List view: First Name, Last Initial (or preferred nickname), # of kids, Date Met, Next Follow-up, Labels, Communication Preference icon (green envelope / red slash).
- Click name → full detail page (phone, address, notes, activity log, testimonials).
- “Do Not Contact” toggle blocks all automated outreach.

- Welcome email on signup.
- Invite emails (admin generates one-time login link).
- Upcoming follow-up reminders to the assigned volunteer 2–3 days before due.
